Introduction

From downtown Putnam to our lot at 12 Plainfield Rd in Canterbury is about 22 miles, roughly 29 minutes by the OSRM route planner. Take Kennedy Drive to I-395 South and ride it about 17 miles to the Plainfield exit at Lathrop Road. Then follow Route 12 (Norwich Road) south about 3 miles. Coming from Thompson, Pomfret or Woodstock, you'll join the same route at I-395.

How Putnam-area buyers use their trailers

Right by the Massachusetts and Rhode Island lines

Putnam is minutes from Webster and Dudley in Massachusetts and close to the Rhode Island line. If you register in one of those states, the rules differ from Connecticut's. We keep both on the unit pages instead of repeating them here, so they stay accurate. Financing works with an SSN, a business EIN, or an ITIN. To lock in a unit before you make the trip, you can reserve it online with a $200 deposit. That holds the trailer for one week. The deposit is non-refundable, but it can be transferred to another trailer purchase, and the balance is paid at the dealership. All trailer sales are final (shipping, returns and payment policy), so ask your questions before you buy.
