Sales, Deposits, Cancellations & Refunds

All trailers are offered for sale subject to prior sale. Availability, price, specifications, and photos may change before a completed purchase agreement. Please confirm the specific trailer, its condition, and all purchase terms with Souza Wholesale Trailers before payment.

Deposits are non-refundable. A deposit reserves a specific trailer only when Souza Wholesale Trailers confirms the deposit and reservation. If a purchase is cancelled after a deposit is made, the deposit will not be refunded.

Trailer sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds after a completed trailer sale except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in a written purchase agreement signed by Souza Wholesale Trailers.

Completed purchases are picked up by the customer at our Canterbury, Connecticut lot. Delivery is not included or offered through this website. The customer is responsible for reviewing the trailer before pickup and for applicable taxes, title, registration, insurance, towing, and other government or third-party charges unless a signed purchase agreement states otherwise.

Listed cash prices apply to cash or check payments. Credit or debit card payments are subject to the separately disclosed card price shown on the applicable trailer page. Before payment, we will disclose the total dealer charges known for the transaction; taxes, registration, title, insurance, and other third-party charges may be additional where applicable.

Website Terms & Inventory Disclosures

This website is an informational and lead-generation service. Submitting a form, requesting a quote, or applying for financing does not create a purchase contract, reserve a trailer, guarantee availability, or guarantee financing approval.

Each trailer is sold as described in the final written purchase agreement. Manufacturer warranties, if any, are governed by their written terms. Used trailers may have different condition, warranty, and disclosure terms. Customers should inspect a trailer and review all written documents before completing a purchase.

You may use this website only for lawful personal or business purposes related to our products and services. You may not interfere with the site, submit false information, scrape or reproduce its content for commercial use, or use the site to harm our business or customers.

Connecticut law governs these website terms to the extent permitted by law. These policies do not waive rights that cannot legally be waived. We may update these policies by posting a revised version here.

Financing & Communications Disclosure

Financing is offered by independent lenders and lessors, subject to their requirements, approval, available programs, the applicant's credit profile, income, documentation, and the terms of the final agreement.
